HEARTLAND RESTORATION, INC is a specialty contracting company based out of Elsberry, MO. Founded in 1995 by Jay Herring who has over 30 years in the industry, HR has become a family business with his son and daughter now involved.  We specialize in masonry and concrete repair, however we have an exceptional team of employees who come from many diverse backgrounds and can complete anything from pole barns/sheds to room additions and more. No matter the size of the project we will treat you as family from start to finish.
